A regional consultation was held by APN plus on treatment and human rights with special focus on MSM and TG access issues. Representatives from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka took active part in the sessions which were participatory with interactive presentations and group work.
